For Water Filtration Plant High Service Pump Replacement and VFD Installation The City of Sedalia invites bids from firms able to provide for, but not be limited to, all equipment, materials, and labor required for the proper supply and installation of two (2) Aurora Horizontal Split Case Pump Assemblies 411- 4 X 5 X 10B or equivalent with 100 hp/74.57Kw and necessary piping to the existing plumbing which is 8" flanged pipe /wiring to connect new pumps to power source. These pumps will be used for pumping potable water. Each pump as a part of this project will be connected to a variable frequency drive (VFD) to allow for operation of the pump at varied speeds as well as the ability to soft start the pump. The outside of the response envelope, packet or e-mail subject line must clearly state IFB 2022-009- Water Filtration Plant High Service Pump Replacement and VFD Installation. Any proposal received after the above stated date and time; will not be opened and will be discarded or upon request and at the expense of the bidder will be returned. The City of Sedalia retains the right to reject any and all bids submitted, and to waive any minor irregularity contained in any proposal. This project requires compliance with Section 285.530 RSMo in relation to employment of unauthorized aliens to perform work within the state of Missouri and the requirement for participation in a federal work authorization program (E-verify).
