This project may contain Federal Funds. This project requires 10% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0.07. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on August 4, 2021 at 9:00 AM at the Region Five/District Eight offices in Collinsville. Phase I / Phase II engineering services are required for the pavement rehabilitation and bridge repair on I-55/64 from the Mississippi River to the I-64 junction and the rehabilitation and/or replacement of the ramp structures carrying IL 3 to and from I-55/64. The estimated construction cost for this project is $167,000,000. The completion date for this contract will be 60 months after authorization to proceed.
