The East St. Louis Housing Authority (ESLHA) located at 700 N. 20th Street, E. St. Louis, IL 62205 is requesting bids for roof replacements. ESLHA reserves the right to cancel this IFB, reject any or all bids, and waive minor informalities for bidders as deemed necessary by ESLHA and the public's best interest. ESLHA has established goals which are to be seriously pursued relative to Section 3 participation. ESLHA is a fair housing and equal opportunity employer. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time All work must be completed and accepted within 60 calendar days. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for either/or (1) a satisfactory performance, labor, and material payment bond in the amount equal to 100 percent (100%) of the contract amount, (2)separate performance bond and payment bonds, each 50% or more of the contract price, or (3) a 20 percent (20%) cash escrow.
