Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ajax, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,200-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from pre-qualified Landscape Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete the Cricket Field Improvements project located within the Town of Ajax. Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to: Landscape Work: - Full removal, re-grading, re-sodding and realignment of the existing cricket field - Installation of new artificial wicket complete with concrete base - Netting along the woodlot - Batters eye guards - Fencing along Monarch Ave - Field lighting, irrigation and drainage - Replacement and expansion of the existing parking lot Field House Construction: - Demolition of the existing clubhouse building - Construction of a new field house building, approx. 2,200 sq.ft., consisting of public washrooms, Home & Away change rooms, a referee change room and mechanical/electrical/janitorial space. Bids will only be accepted from Landscape Contractors who have already been pre-qualified to bid for this project as per RPQ No. PQ2203 Landscape Contractors ~ Cricket Site Improvements.
