Renovation of a water / sewer project in Steilacoom, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Improvements to the Sunnyside Beach Lift, Station include replacement of three 200-hp motor start-ers, the control panel; installation of a new magnetic flow meter, installation of a new radar level sensor, demolition of existing equipment, startup and testing. The Work shall be substantially complete within 110 working days after the commencement date stat-ed in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Town. Clerk, Town Hall, Steilacoom, Washington. The Proposals will be public-ly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be sub-mitted only on the form provid-ed with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money. order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Town of Steilacoom" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total. Proposal amount. Financing of the Project has been provided by Town of Steilacoom; Washington. The Town of Steilacoom expressly reserves the right to reject a:fly or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
