Sunnyside Beach Park Beach Nourishment ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $500,000. Furnish, install and grade 3,300 tons of aggregate to provide beach nourishment at Sunnyside Beach Park, as detailed in the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions. The Work shall be substantially complete within 20 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Steilacoom, Washington. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Town of Steilacoom" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Financing of the Project has been provided by Town of Steilacoom, Washington. The Town of Steilacoom expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. The undersigned agrees that the Owner will Award the Contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder whose Proposal is in the best interest of the Owner. This work also consists of site preparation, removing, stockpiling and replacing large wood in the beach nourishment area to replicate the pre- project condition. No large wood to be placed landward of the existing seawalls or mow strips
