As of July 15, 2021, the project has been awarded to KJS, LLC for $1,264,578.20. Any additional questions must be received in writing by CDM Smith, 260 West Exchange Street, Suite 300, Providence, Rhode Island 02903 Attn: Chad Kershaw, kershawcj@cdmsmith.com. It is the responsibility of the persons submitting questions to verify that their questions are received. The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to, new 8-inch water mains and appurtenances to replace existing water mains within Thomas Street, Thomas Circle, and Morse Avenue, including furnishing and installing new water service connections, fittings, valves, hydrants, connections to the existing water system, installing and removing temporary service pipe, removing, furnishing and installing new catch basin frames and grates, drain manholes frames and covers and sewer manhole frames and covers, all earthwork, dewatering and drainage, roadway reconstruction/reclamation for Thomas Street and Thomas Circle, mill and overlay of Morse Avenue, wheelchair ramps, restoration, utility crossing, traffic management, miscellaneous work and cleanup, and all work required in the Contract Documents.
