General Hvac Contractors Misc. Repairs, Service Calls & Preventive Maintenance the Brockton Housing Authority (Bha), the Awarding Authority, is Seeking Bids From Qualified Hvac Contractors for Routine Maintenance and General Hvac Repairs That Cannot Be Performed by Current Staff. The Term of The Contract is Three (3) Years. The Contract for Such Work Will Not Exceed 50,000 Per Year. Jobs Will Vary in Size and Scope; Work Will Be Performed on an "as Needed"/emergency Basis. The contract term is three years from the date of Board approval. All bid prices must remain firm throughout the contract.
