Renovation of a laboratory facility in Brockton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Plymouth County Commissioners are seeking responses for an IFB to complete a roofing replacement project at 32 Belmont St., Brockton, MA, consisting of reroofing an approximately 15,000 sq. ft. occupied office building. The existing membrane and insulation will be removed; new insulation and a six mil TPO mechanically fastened membrane installed. Other work includes removal and reinstallation of roof top mechanical equipment and minor curb and sheathing repairs as indicated in the Contract Documents. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. A Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Bid Deposit, with satisfactory surety, are required. Commence date of project is for late winter/spring of 2025. The Plymouth County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. The contractor shall direct all questions in writing concerning the Plans and Specifications to : Frank Basler, Plymouth County Administrator Plymouth County at fbasler@PlymouthCountyMA.gov All questions as to the interpretation of the Drawings and Specifications made before the bids are submitted shall be addressed in writing to the mentioned contact before 12:00 PM on Friday, October 18, 2024.
