The Plymouth County Commissioners are seeking responses for an IFB to complete a facade renovation project, including windows, doors, siding, and some repairs, at 32 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA. A Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Bid Deposit, with satisfactory surety, are required for all General Bidders and Filed Sub Bidders, see IFB for details. All bidders are required to have proper OSHA certifications for training. General Bidders are required to be DCAMM certified in the General Building Construction category and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Filed Sub Bidders are required to be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. TRADES: 1) Metal Windows (Doors/Storefronts), 2) Masonry, and 3) Painting. Plymouth County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
