Renovation of a municipal facility in Fairview, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Construction of a new housing and security monitoring office with attached garage for the Governor's protective services detail. The project will include but is not limited to: site clearing and preparation, landscaping, concrete footings, foundations and floor slabs, wood frame exterior walls with brick veneer to match the existing residence, pre-manufactured wood metal plate roof trusses, asphalt shingle roof system with continuous vented air space, metal clad wood double hung windows, wood two panel/insulated hollow metal/and wood and glass doors, painted gypsum board walls and suspended ceilings. Porcelain tile, luxury vinyl tile*, carpet tiles*, kitchen and bath cabinetry and appliances as shown on the accompanying drawings and described in the invitation to Bid. *Work included under this contract to be supplied and installed utilizing State Contracts. Bidders will comply with the current codes and statues as adopted by the State of Utah, including, but not limited to: IBC 2018, IFC 2018, IPC 2018, IMC 2018, National Electric Code 2017, International Energy Conservation Code, ICC/ANSI A117.1-2009, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Building Board Policy Regarding Enhanced Accessibility to State Facilities which is attached to the RFP.
