The North Sanpete School District is accepting bids for to provide woodchips for elementary school playgrounds. SPECIFIC LOCATIONS * Fairview Elementary, 651 E 150 N, Fairview * Fountain Green Elementary, 395 W 100 S, Fountain Green * Moroni Elementary, 98 N 200 W, Moroni OTHER DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS - 120 yards of woodchips to be delivered to Fairview Elementary School - 90 yards of woodchips to be delivered to Fountain Green Elementary School - 180 yards of woodchips to be delivered to Moroni Elementary School REQUIREMENTS - Loads need to be brought in by smaller trucks (no full-size semitrucks/trailers) to gain access to playground areas - Cannot transfer material from parking lots, etc. - Product must meet IPEMA ASTM F1292-18 certification - Must be manufactured or a byproduct of the lumber industry, be a mix of clean Spruce and Fir (no recycled building materials) The Standard Terms and Conditions will not be negotiated. The Utah Procurement Code requires that a bid will be rejected if it is not responsive or responsible. A bid that is not responsive includes a bid that: (a) is conditional; (b) attempts to modify the bid requirements; (c) contains additional terms or conditions; or (d) fails to conform with the requirements or specifications of the invitation for bids.
