Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fairview, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a reinforced concrete well house and a water-tight reinforced concrete water storage tank with a 28,700-gallon capacity. Three water filling stations with electronic card readers for supplying drinking water are also included. The well house includes a concrete building with, piping, valves, flowmeter, and appurtenances; inlet/outlet piping; site work; grading, gravel access road, and fencing. The Work also includes electrical connections to and electrical work associated with the well house, HVAC, and SCADA equipment, and video surveillance. All questions relative to the project shall be submitted to Mike Chambers prior to 5:00 pm April 7, 2023. mchambers@halengineers.com OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of OWNER. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
