Plans will be available on February 23, 2022. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, e- Verify Certification, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Agreement, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Contract Change Order, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Specifications, Drawings, and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations: Fairview City Hall, 85 South State Street Fairview, UT 8462. All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition). OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS, OR ANY PART OF ANY PROPOSAL, OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE ANY INFORMALITY IN PART OR IN WHOLE IF IT IS DEEMED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF OWNER.
