Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a power facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,000-square-foot power facility; for the demolition of a power facility; for the remodel of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material to complete the phased remodel and expansion of the Rokeby Operations Center as per LES Specifications included in this solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. Clarification Deadline 5/27/2021 4:00 PM General Construction: The project consists of a nominal 1,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing 4,180 sq. ft. main level space for the purpose of new conference room, offices reception area, and modifications to existing multi-functional space on the main and lower level of the existing facility.
