Features of the work include operation and maintenance of the Arkansas Lakes Flood Control Projects at DeGray Lake, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Greeson located in the state of Arkansas. A broad variety of operations, routine and non-routine maintenance, repair including emergency repairs, inspection, reconstruction, modernization, and rehabilitation of project facilities, water control structures, and features are required under this procurement. These include Recreation Area and Facility Cleaning; Solid Waste Collection, Transport, and Disposal; Heavy Equipment Maintenance/Repairs; Visitor Center Operations and Maintenance; Graffiti Removal; Carpentry; Erosion Control Activities; Buoy Placement and Maintenance; Painting; Heating/Air Conditioning Services; Masonry Repair; Landscaping; Wildlife and Fisheries Habitat Enhancement; Flood Control Structure Repairs and Maintenance; and Road Maintenance/Repairs.
