The City of Hot Springs invites bids to perform the Scope of Work described in the attached documents. The project requires furnishing materials and labor for improvement, etc related work for CDBG projects in Hot Springs, AR. In submitting your bid it is essential that you adhere to the requirements and instructions contained herein. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities. The City also reserves the right to require additional information from bidders in order to determine responsible bids and contractors. Root pruning Removal of shrubs, trees, and roots up to 18" in diameter Removal of soils and rock to the depth required for the improvements Furnish and place Class 7 base Concrete forms Placement of concrete Ready-mix concrete Concrete finishing Stripping forms Expansion joints Rebar and other embedment materials Placement of rebar and embedded items Backfill and finish grading Replacement of topsoil, grass, or sod Coordinate with utilities to relocate or reposition utility boxes and appurtenances WORK EXCLUDED AND FURNISHED BY OTHERS Concrete testing Street pavement marking Asphalt paving Milling asphalt surfaces Landscape plants Irrigation Question Deadline 03/21/2024 at 5:00 PM CT
