Sealed bids on the following materials for road construction and maintenance: Concrete Pipe Corrugated Exterior Plastic Pipe with Smooth Interior Liquid Asphalt Hot Mix Products Gravel Aggregate Products Equipment and Labor These bids will be good for at least 12 months, except for oil and oil-based products. Quoted prices for oil and oil-based products will be based on current refinery prices. Increases or decreases at the refinery will be passed on to the county along with verification from the refinery of charges. Any bid subject to a surcharge based on the rising cost of manufacturing materials such as steel, fuel costs, etc. must so state in bid. Prices offered in the bids will be effective May 1, 2024 and end April 30, 2025. Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or a portion thereof.
