The Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority (WVSA) is requesting Bids for the construction of the WYNDTREE OAKS BASIN RETROFIT, conversion of an existing stormwater basin constructed for the purposes of stormwater rate control into a dry-extended detention basin to enhance stormwater quality functions located in Plains Township, Luzerne County, PA. Prospective Bidders are urged to register as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for this Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the Program. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Bids shall be provided as a lump sum price. Bidder's attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Bidding/Contract Documents, must be paid through the duration of this Project.
