Site work for a water / sewer project in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the following items generally described as follows: Abandoning in place underground storage tank, and removal of associated manholes, loadout pad piping and accessories. Cleaning and abandoning identified existing leachate transfer piping. Installation of new Junction and Flow Metering manholes and associated piping, flumes and metering equipment and enclosure. Installation of new dual containment HDPE transfer piping. Construction of leachate load-in pad with associated structures and piping. Connection to an existing manhole including inside drop structure. The existing control system shall be modified and panels provided by a designated Systems Integrator to incorporate a new flow meter, automatic Sampler, Manhole High Level Alarm and Leachate Loadout Station, Leachate Pump Disable local control station. In addition, an ultrasonic switch will be installed in the closed demolition landfill lift station, and Associated electrical wiring, controls and panels. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the OWNER.
