Deadline for Questions May 6, 2022 The City of Red Deer (the City) invites interested Vendors (respondents) to submit a quotation for the construction of Structural Repairs for the Mountview Reservoir. The work comprises of, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to construct the following components of work: i. Protective coating on the reservoir interior concrete surface. ii. Protective coating assembly at designated interior surfaces. iii. 2-ply torch-applied SBS waterproofing assembly. iv. Guardrails at the site. v. Reservoir roof access hatch covers. vi. Partial depth concrete delamination repairs on the reservoir roof exterior. vii. Partial depth concrete delamination repairs on underside of reservoir roof. viii. Injection of wall cracks. ix. Surface spalling and scaling repairs. x.
