This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the supply of internal and external Genetec compatible security cameras, Genetec compatible electronic access devices, related accessories and Genetec software on an “as needed basis”. Services shall include system consultation and installation as required, and maintenance of the devices. RDP requires that the selected proponent be a Genetec Unified Elite partner. All devices must be compatible with Genetec, compliant with Genetec Security System current version, and approved by the Manager of Security and Emergency Response and/or the Telecommunications Coordinator. Install location(s) will be determined by Manager of Security and Emergency Response and the Telecommunications Coordinator. Data cabling and network connectivity will be provided by others. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
