Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Red Deer, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The scope of project is as follows: .1 Providing an alternate interior access to the Central Alberta Cancer Center (CACC) from the Regional Hospital. There is currently a corridor on the basement level that runs from the CACC to the Contract, Procurement and Supply Management (CPSM) program. The CPSM space will require modifications, as per the drawings to accommodate a sterile corridor to route to the main elevators. .2 Modify the designated area, as per the future drawings, to accommodate DI recovery and facilitate the decanting of the Annex building. .3 Modifying the Endoscopy area, as per the drawings, to facilitate the decanting of the Annex building. .4 Modifying the designated area, as per the future drawings, to accommodate the Medical day room and facilitate the decanting of the Annex building. .5 All required associated site Works and procedures. .6 All associated Work to be completed concurrently where required, only when necessary. .7 All associated testing services to complete the Works including, but not limited to: Air Balancing, Z32. Materials Testing, Medical gas testing. TIMELINE: Project details have been corrected for publication. Construction is nearly complete. *Cost listed reflects the Construction Management contract value.
