This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Construction Management Services for the following re-development projects at RDP in Red Deer, AB: 1. 800 Wing Mechanical Room Roof and CHP Support Structure Project ("Project A") 2. Room 1439 Containment Level 2 Biology Lab ("Project B") Project A's construction budgeted amount is one million ($1,000,000.00) Canadian Dollars excluding GST. The amount that has been budgeted for Project B's construction cost is six hundred thousand ($600,000.00) Canadian Dollars excluding GST. The construction costs provided include the fees for the Construction Manager but do not include the costs for owner supplied equipment. The RFP document (and subsequent addendum, if applicable) is available and can be downloaded online in electronic form from the MERX website at www.merx.com/rdc and the Buildworks Canada (formerly CoolNet Alberta) website at www.buildworkscanada.com.
