Supply a new foul air blower suitable for the following operating conditions, as well as the following requirements and documentation. Assist with installation of the new foul air blower. Blower performance data are as follows: Inlet temperature: 5 to 30 degrees Celsius Inlet pressure: 0 to 2.5 psig Discharge pressure required: 3 to 9 psig Flow rate required: normal flow rate of 500 standard cubic feet per minute. Desired range of approximately 300 to over 800 standard cubic feet per minute. The Blower must meet the following specifications/conditions: Fit inside a building with internal dimensions of length = 164 inches, width = 102 inches, and height = 124 inches, and have sufficient space to perform work such as maintenance and operation. All electrical components are to be CSA approved. Class 1 Division 1. Hermetically sealed. Explosion proof transmitters. Explosion proof motor and VFD. Corrosion protection (coatings, stainless steel, etc.). Recirculation line, to address potential surging. Control panel. Connection spools and expansion joints, if needed. Intake and discharge pressure gauges and isolation valves. Discharge pressure and temperature transmitters. Inlet pressure and temperature transmitters. Condensate drain valves.
