Renovation of a residential development in Snowmass Village, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
There are two addendum on the project, please see the owner for more information. Town of Snowmass Village (the "town or owner") is seeking a contractor for exterior painting at the Mountain View II employee housing development in the Town of Snowmass Village, Colorado ("Project"). The buildings are scheduled for regular exterior painting. The condition of the existing paint is generally performing well but has reached the end of its useful life, and varies from good to poor depending on the orientation and proximity to trees. All three buildings are all similar in form vary somewhat in the number of windows, doors, and specific layout. Attention to details and features at each building will be necessary.
