Site work and paving for a road / highway in Snowmass Village, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project primarily consists of the removal and reuse of 65 LF if existing MSE wall facing, installation of guardrail, and pavement improvements. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from qualified general contractors that have demonstrated experience in construction projects of this type. A Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% will be required and must accompany the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required upon contract award. ** bid date info : The Bid and Bid Guarantees must be placed in one envelope, securely sealed therein, and labeled "Bid Proposal for the "2025 WWTF Retaining Wall Replacement" and be delivered to the District at the address stated above on or before the bid opening date and time.
