Reference Number 0000390841 The Town of Snowmass Village invites qualified architectural firms to submit proposals for the design of beautification improvements to the newly completed entryway corridor and rodeo grounds. The goal is to develop and implement creative solutions that enhance the visual experience entering the Village, by reflecting the Town's identity and western heritage, in line with the Snowmass Village Comprehensive Plan and Parks, Open Space, and Trails Master Plan. The selected consultant will lead an effort and be responsible for producing a professional, creative, site-appropriate designs that will provide a cohesive, welcoming entrance experience into Snowmass Village while improving and softening the existing visual impacts of the area. The services will include, but are not limited to: Design a welcoming, decorative entry gate or similar type of element at or near the roundabout that appropriately reflects the character of Snowmass Village. Provide design ideas to soften the visual impact of the existing aluminum bleachers through architectural cladding, fencing, powder coating, landscaping, or other screening elements. Provide design ideas for beautification improvements to the overall Brush Creek Road community-entry corridor experience (within Town limits). Recommend possible landscape, fencing, and signage enhancements along the rodeo entry corridor to improve aesthetics and soften visual impacts. Written questions will be accepted up to forty-eight (48) hours before the Bid Opening Date, excluding weekends and holidays. Electronic: One (1) electronic copy of the Bid on via email. The Bid shall be valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the deadline specified for receipt of Bids. Bidders may withdraw their bids before the specified deadline. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the consent of the Town, for sixty (60) days after the scheduled Bid Opening The Town reserves the right to reject all bids, reject portions of any bid or accept all or portions of the Bid(s) deemed most advantageous and responsive.
