Project tasks identified for this project are more fully described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) and include: An Existing Data Review of available pipeline attribute data, construction as-built drawings and an initial prioritized stream crossings list; Preparation of a Field Survey Workplan including schedules and checklists for District utility crew coordination, pipeline condition assessments and field measurements of selected pipeline and stream attribute data; Conduct of Field Surveys in accordance with the approved workplan; Field Survey Data Review and Evaluation; including QA/QC of pipeline conditions assessment data; pipe ratings indices for sewer gravity pipeline reaches; and elevation survey, pipeline and stream attribute field measurements and calculations; Reporting and Documentation including development and preparation of an electronic catalogue of prioritized District utility pipeline crossing assessments; and Project Management including meetings with District staff required for project coordination and management.
