The Department of Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide HVAC Maintenance Services, at South Lake Tahoe Area Office. Bids must address all of the services described in exhibit A entitled "Scope Of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement forms/exhibit sections of this IFB. 22C246003 Questions Due June 15, 2022 @ 09:00 a.m. Bidders shall submit questions via email to PIRON VOSSOUGHI at Piron.Vossoughi@chp.ca.gov. Proposed Start Date of Agreement July 01, 2022, or upon approval, whichever is later The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from July 01, 2022 through June 30, 2022, or upon approval whichever is later. The agreement term may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays.
