With this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the South Tahoe Public Utility District (District) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consultants (Consultants) for providing as-needed CAD design/drafting services. The services sought will augment District staff capabilities to develop CAD drawings for water/wastewater infrastructure projects associated with the Capital Improvement Program, to assist in the development of CAD standards, and to prepare District standard drawings. This RFQ will remain open for SOQ submission for approximately three weeks, and qualified Consultants may remain on the list of qualified Consultants for 5 years or until they request to be removed from the list or are removed by the District. The successful Consultants will perform all work under a Master Services Agreement (Agreement or MSA) when authorized by a scope-specific Task Order as further described herein. It is anticipated that the District will continue to issue Task Orders to complete work under this project for approximately ten (10) years. Award of an Agreement or listing does not obligate the District to compensate Consultant and does not guarantee the Consultant will receive a Task Order.
