06/11/2021 5:00 PM (PDT) The South Tahoe Public Utility District (District) is seeking technical and cost proposals for engineering services for the Utility Pipeline Crossing Assessments Project. Project tasks identified for this project are more fully described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) and include:
An Existing Data Review of available pipeline attribute data, construction as-built drawings and an initial prioritized stream crossings list;
Preparation of a Field Survey Workplan including schedules and checklists for District utility crew coordination, pipeline condition assessments and field measurements of selected pipeline and stream attribute data;
Conduct of Field Surveys in accordance with the approved workplan;
Field Survey Data Review and Evaluation; including QA/QC of pipeline conditions assessment data; pipe ratings indices for sewer gravity pipeline reaches; and elevation survey, pipeline and stream attribute field measurements and calculations;
Reporting and Documentation including development and preparation of an electronic catalogue of prioritized District utility pipeline crossing assessments; and
Project Management including meetings with District staff required for project coordination and management. Interested parties shall upload as attachments one (1) electronic copy in PDF format of their Technical Proposal, and, separately, one (1) electronic copy of their Cost Proposal. Additional files with appendix materials will also be allowed. Documents shall be uploaded and submitted to the District no later than the date and time indicated on the Planet Bids Portal.
