July 2, 2021 at 5:00 pm - Questions Deadline,The work consists of demolishing the existing Well Commission 22 site. Demolition work includes, but is not limited to, demolishing of the electrical systems, the existing CMU structure, and existing above and below grade piping. The Work also requires the equipping of Well Commission 22A. Development of the Well Commission 22A site includes, installation of new pumps and motors, and associated electrical work. The new Well Commission 22A will be enclosed in a CMU enclosure. Discharge piping for Well Commission 22A will be hot-tapped in to the existing 24" raw water collection main, as shown in the plans. Scope of Work a) Replacement of Well 22 with new Well 22A b) Existing Site Demolition (salvage of PLC Control Panel, Antenna & Pole) c) Site Power Transformer to Remain d) Completion of Wellhead with Pedestal & Accessory Tubes e) Concrete Foundation, CMU Walls, Removable Wall Panel (open top) f) Well Pump & Discharge Piping g) Hot Tap Tie-in to Existing 24" Raw Water Transmission Main h) New Switchboard/MCC/VFD/Controls, and reuse the PLC Control Panel, Antenna & Pole i) Control and Communications Programming - Owner Provided.
