The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the rehabilitation of Wells Commission 15 & Commission 18. This work includes, but is not limited to, redevelopment of Commission 15 and Commission 18 wells, installation of new pumps and motors, and associated electrical work. Well redevelopment includes high pressure jetting, wire brushing and bailing, acid treatment, surge block and airlift pumping, and pump development.
