The budget estimate range is $400,000 - $600,000. The Work includes rehabilitation of approximately 146 sanitary sewer manhole structures and 9 pump station wet well structures. The Work includes approximately 1,374 vertical feet of cementitious lining for manhole structures of various diameters including330 vertical feet of epoxy protective coating, replacement of approximately 2 manholes, rehabilitation of pump station wet well structures of various diameters ranging from 5 feet diameter to 8 feet diameter, of approximately 165 vertical feet using cementitious lining with corrosion protective epoxy coating. The contractor will be responsible for all work including but not limited to traffic control, accessing structures, flow bypassing, root treatment and killing, removal of roots, cleaning and preparation of the structures including removal and proper disposal of debris, permanent leak stopping, installation of structural cementitious lining, installation of protective epoxy coating over cementitious lining where required and indicated, replacement of manholes where indicated, resetting of manhole frames and cover castings, installation of new manhole frame & cover castings, reconstruction of manhole invert channels, pavement patching, and other related work as indicated. No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder holds Georgia Utility Contractor's License of proper classification and in full force and effect, in compliance with Act O.C.G.A. 43 14. City of Villa Rica, Georgia reserves right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and informalities.
