Site work for a water / sewer project in Nashville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of the installation of approximately 550 LF of drainage upgrades across Windy Oak Drive and Laurel Spring Drive in Nashville, NC. The project will include installing approximately 424 LF of 48" RCP and 33 LF of 15" RCP storm drain with 3 drop inlets, removing 22 LF of twin 24" RCP, lowering 120 LF of existing road and waterline, re-grading approximately 460 LF of swale, and rip rap replacement. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any or all bids. The Owner (Town of Nashville) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages bidding by small, minority and female contractors and does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 72 hours after the actual date of the opening thereof. Base - $276,293.00 Alternate - $31,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
