Vocational Building - The work will include, but is not limited to, replacing existing controls with a BAS linked to the Physical Plant BAS server and workstation. It will also include replacing the air cooled split system chiller and chilled water pumps and appurtenances. 3. Officer Hall - The work will include, but is not limited to, replacing existing controls with a BAS linked to the Physical Plant BAS server and workstation. It will also include replacing the air cooled split system chiller and chilled water pumps and appurtenances. 4. Physical Plant - This work will include, but is not limited to, upgrading the existing BAS file server and software to provide electronic communication to and from the new BAS in the listed building above. It will also include integrating the new BAS from the buildings listed. 5. Cullom Hall - The work will include, but is not limited to, replacing existing controls with a BAS linked to the Physical Plant BAS server and workstation. It will also include replacing the air cooled package chiller and chilled water pumps, fan coil units and appurtenances. Substantial Completion - 196 consecutive calendar days + final completion- 30 consecutive calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion.
