The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Work to be completed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all tools, Equipment, Materials, supplies, and manufactured articles, and all labor, transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for performing Work or other operations required to construct the Hale Creek Enhancement Project. Any quantities provided with Special Provisions Article 12.01 Summary of Work are approximate. Should there be a discrepancy between the quantities included herein and elsewhere in the Contract documents, those quantities specified elsewhere on the Contract shall govern. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Remove approximately 650 feet of existing concrete trapezoidal channel lining on Hale Creek from Upstream Marilyn Drive to downstream of North Sunshine Drive. 2. Construct the vegetated soft bottom channel. 3. Re-construct the east bank access ramp of Hale Creek located upstream of Marilyn Drive. 4. Remove the 30-ft by 15-ft bridge in the Seventh Day Adventist Church Parking Lot. 5. Construct a new 30-ft by 12-ft prefabricated steel bridge to span between the East and West banks slightly downstream of the existing parking bridge. 6. Construct storm drain outfalls. 7. Remove existing chain link and wood fences. 8. Construct an approximate combined total of 695 feet of sheet pile flood wall with FRP pile caps along the east and west banks. 9. Construct an approximate combined total of 560 feet of soldier pile wall with precast concrete lagging. 10. Construct a concrete trapezoidal channel lining to transition the concrete under the Marilyn Dr. Bridge to the newly constructed channel bottom. 11. Construct chain link fence along top of wall along the east and west banks. 12. Construct wood fences along property lines
