Valley Water is seeking bids from responsive, responsible, and qualified firms ("Bidders" or "Bidder") to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, test, store and deliver to the Valley Water a Modular Chiller Plante (MCP). The MCP will contain three water-cooled, magnetic bearing centrifugal chillers including closed-loop evaporator and condenser water circuits serving dedicated heat exchangers with variable-speed circulation pumps. The MCP shall include three variable speed booster pumps for the heat rejection piping, all associated piping, motor, and motor starter systems, sound-attenuated modular enclosure including lighting and HVAC systems, electric power distribution, instrumentation, and controls for automated system operation.
