Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in San Jose, California. Design plans call for the construction of a office development; clubhouse / community center; museum; restaurant; and theater / auditorium.
This edifice would be a replacement of sorts for a 237-foot light tower that rose over the center point of San Jose's downtown. The "Breeze of Innovation" design has been selected as the winner to become Silicon Valley's newest landmark. The monument is to located a Arena Green. The design has been approved by San Jose City Council. The next step for the San Jose Light Tower Corporation is raising the estimated $100 million in private funds for the project. The design for the project is to be done by SMAR Architecture Studio.
