The City of San Jose Housing Department (CSJHD) is issuing an Request for Proposals (RFP) to invite qualified housing developer applicants interested in developing multi-family affordable developments on the below listed sites currently owned by the City. Proposals may be submitted for multiple sites and depending on the site, can vary in type such as rental, for-sale, or mixed-use. The purpose of this RFP is to increase development of affordable housing in these sites to meet the needs of individuals and families with extremely low, very low and low incomes, and vulnerable residents in the City of San Jose .
