NOTICE EAST HARTFORD BOARD OF EDUCATION is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced design firms to provide complete design services (Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration) for full window system replacements at (6) schools within the district. EHPS is seeking proposals for the complete design of full window system replacements in (6) locations by providing all necessary services to ensure a successful project, including but not limited to: 1.) Design Development (including a detailed design of conceptual plans), environmental testing for Asbestos and Lead, and related design work for removal and remediation. 2.) Construction Development (completing a full set of construction documents including bid ready plans and specifications) and assisting with the bidding process. 3.) Construction Administration (providing construction phase inspection and other related administrative support services). East Hartford Public Schools reserves the right to negotiate with and enter into contracts with multiple firms selected through this RFP process.
