The location of the project is as follows: From a point approximately 3 miles from the intersection with SR 0447 at Segment 0010 Offset 0269 along SR 3012 (Pine Grove Road), Greene Township, Pike County to a point near the intersection with SR 0191 at Segment 0010 Offset 0000 along SR 3038 (Pine Grove Road), Dreher Township, Wayne County, with a total work area length of 407.49 feet (0.078 miles). The SR 3012 Sec 450 bridge rehabilitation project includes a full superstructure replacement with substructure concrete repair, including a new concrete facing on all abutments and wingwalls. The proposed structure is a single span composite prestressed (P/S) concrete spread box beam bridge replacing an existing single span non-composite P/S adjacent box beam bridge over Wallenpaupack Creek.
