The Huntersville Board reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals received, for any reason at any time, and to waive minor informalities. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The sealed envelope must contain, in addition to the fully completed executed Contract Proposal (including all attachments) and the required bid security (bid bond attached to the Contract Proposal, or cash or certified check in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid).
