Site work for a power facility in Columbus, Nebraska. Conceptual plans call for site work for a power facility.
As of August 3, 2021, this contract has been cancelled. Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends for the CONTRACTOR to perform the work associated with the site preparation and rough grading, entrance drive construction, cover, placement of crusher rock, and erosion control installation necessary for the pre-construction site grading for the Pella and Olive Creek substations, near Hallam, Nebraska (both substations will be located on the same piece of DISTRICT property) in accordance with drawings and the construction specifications included herein, performance bond cost, and all other requirements as specified in these Contract Documents. All work shall be completed and the CONTRACTOR shall be demobilized from the site no later than December 1, 2021.
