Highway Striping All Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 5% (Five Percent), of the Total Amount of the Bid Made Payable to the Order of Platte County. A 100% (One Hundred Percent) Performance Bond and Completion Bond Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder Within 10 Days After Awarding of the Contract, or Prior Commencement of Work Whichever Comes First. Awarding of the Contract Will Be in Accordance With the Eleven Points Enumerated Under "competitive Bidding Considerations" Chapter 23, 31-section 23-3110, Such Section Part of Those Cited as the County Purchasing Act as Given in Chapter 23-article 31 Section 23-3101 of the Statutes of Nebraska. The Platte County Board of Supervisors Reserves the Right to Reject Any and/or All Bids and Further Reserves the Right to Waive Any Technicalities. Platte County Reserves the Right to Add or Subtract Miles From the Contract at Contract Price. Platte County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
