The Columbus Housing Authority, 2554 40th Ave, Columbus, NE is requesting bids for several concrete (new & replacement, approximately 16,400 sq. ft..) projects on the Heritage House property located at 2554 40th Ave, Columbus, NE. Bidders must do an on-site inspection and measurement to be considered for these projects. Bid should include all materials and labor. Successful bidder agrees to comply with the Davis-Bacon Act and pay prevailing wage rates for all contractors and subcontractors working on this project. Successful bidder will provide the Columbus Housing Authority a copy of weekly payroll and a statement of compliance. Successful bidder may use Department of Labors form WH-347 to submit this information. If completion of this work requires successful bidder to hire new additional full time employees, contractor must comply with Section 3 of the Housing & Urban Development Act of 1968 in their hiring practice as well as E-Verify Requirements of Neb. Rev. State Stature 4-114. Project completion preferred 2022 construction season. Project completion preferred 2022 and/or 2023 construction seasons
