Fourth Floor East Magistrate Judges Suite Renovation - The new Magistrate Judges Suite will occupy approximately 14,700 usable square feet that includes its existing area as well as suites to the east and south. Spaces will include offices, reception area, open area workstations, copy areas, lunchrooms, conference rooms and storage. An existing conference room in the adjacent Domestic Violence Division suite will be reoriented to provide a more uniform demised wall between the two suites. The floor common corridor will also be refinished to meet current DC Courts standards. The project shall be constructed in four sequential (4) phases: Phase 1A, 1B, 2A & 2B. Each phase must achieve Substantial Completion before moving to the next phase. All phases must be Substantially Complete no later than the Contract Substantial Completion date listed in section B.6. Public corridor in Phase 2B must remain accessible for the duration of the project from 6AM to 6PM. The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion within 750 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed If a prospective offeror has any questions relating to this solicitation, the prospective offeror shall submit the question electronically via email Kenneth.Evans@dccsystem.gov.
