Site work for a civil project in Sarasota, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, testing, tax, overhead, and profit necessary to install, construct, and place into service the items described in bid documents and plans to provide a complete and functional system ready for use by the City. Contractor shall install all pipe and fittings within the established easement limits. Any deviations must be approved by New College of Florida and the Project Engineer. All improvements are located at Lift Station 51 to the North within a utility easement at the New College of Florida property (5639 General Twinning, Sarasota, Florida.) crossing University Parkway and proceed Southward to the City of Sarasota's unimproved right-of-way behind the Goodwill Manasota Retail Store (5150 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, Florida). The Contractor is to maintain all roadway access during the pipe installation within New College of Florida property and must coordinate a phase-approach installation and/or closure to be approved by New College of Florida and Project Engineer.
