Reference number : 1498953 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-06-21 Electronic submission accepted: No The municipality of Saint-Majorique-de-Grantham wishes to obtain bids for culvert work on Saint-Joseph Boulevard. The representative of the Municipality publicly discloses, for the presentation of bids, the name of the bidders who submitted a bid within the set deadlines as well as the price, subject to the health measures adopted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. " The submissions will be tabled with the Council at a subsequent meeting. Any submission received after the time and date specified above will be rejected. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, the amount of which is equal to 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding applicable taxes, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. Award is subject to final approval.
